The Cohen family from America wanted their son’s Bar Mitzvah to be back home in Scotland amongst family and friends. They hired the Cruiser to host this very special occasion. Setting sail from Greenock, the ceremony took place against a stunning backdrop. The cruise continued up the Kyles of Bute towards Tignabruaich where a delicious afternoon tea was served onboard.

David’s surprise 40th birthday party was certainly one to remember. His partner secretly booked the Clyde Clipper and he was instructed to park his car at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. Our crew and his family and friends were already onboard watching in delight as he was directed down to the boat via the ships tannoy system. To say he was surprised was an understatement. They partied the night away on this luxurious boat whilst sailing through Glasgow, stunningly lit up in the evening.

Departing from Greenock, just 20 minutes from the centre of Glasgow sail past some of the most spectacular scenery on the west coast of Scotland, through the Kyles of Bute, turning at the narrows of Colintraive. Alternatively explore the sheltered waters of Loch Long and Loch Goil in the Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park.
